luncher does not work Empty luncher does not work

luncher does not open the game when my friend is using Windows 7 32 bit, he have (entral &aor) luncher Does not work in both games.
vga ati 1 giga
ram 2 giga
AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 635 processor 2.90GHz

Yeah, it did the same thing to me, if you right click the launcher and choose run as administrator and click play when the launcher comes up the game should open then.
